Meet Tomoko

Hello! I’m Tomoko. I grew up in Japan learning that food and wellbeing are inseparable. Now I bring those time-honoured traditions to my cosy beachside kitchen in the Royal National Park, Sydney.

The Koji Connection

At the heart of my workshops is koji — Japan's ancient fermented superfood. Used in Japan for over 1,000 years, koji (fermented rice) is rich in enzymes and amino acids that support skin renewal, brightness, and hydration — all without harsh additives. It's gentle enough to eat, yet powerful enough to transform your skin.

Workshops

Our workshops are hands-on, intimate experiences for up to 6 people. Small by design, so you leave with real skills and personal attention. Each session runs around 3 hours and no prior experience is needed.
